    Farmers and forest landowners in Tennessee who continue to recover from losses brought on by Hurricane Helene will soon have the opportunity to apply for block grants made possible by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and administered by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture (TDA).

    Washington County residents still recovering from the 2024 Helene flood disaster can access group resources, request help, or sign up to volunteer by visiting the centralized website at www.wcltrg.org. The group also maintains its Facebook page, where residents can follow the page to get connected to disaster recovery in Washington County.
