JONESBOROUGH, TN | September 27, 2025 – On the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Helene, the Washington County Long Term Recovery Group hosted a heartfelt community dinner at The Farm at Jackson Bridge. The event brought together over 450 attendees, including local officials, first responders, and community members, to reflect on the resilience and recovery efforts following the devastating storm. The evening featured a moving slideshow that highlighted the impact of the hurricane and the community’s journey toward healing. A sermon offered spiritual reflection and encouragement, honoring both the challenges faced and the strength shown by those affected. This gathering served not only as a remembrance but also as a celebration of unity, support, and the ongoing commitment to rebuilding lives and neighborhoods in Washington County.
