Washington County residents still recovering from the 2024 Helene flood disaster can access group resources, request help, or sign up to volunteer by visiting the centralized website at www.wcltrg.org. The group also maintains its Facebook page, where residents can follow the page to get connected to disaster recovery in Washington County. - HNDS & FT is accepting Donations for Appalachia Christmas Event
HNDS & FT, Unicoi Christian Church, and Appalachian United Initiative are hosting “Appalachia Christmas Event” Saturday December 13th from 11am-4pm at Unicoi Christian Church. The organizations received tremendous response to their program. HNDS & FT is requesting donations for the Appalachia Christmas Event to benefit families in Unicoi County and surrounding areas. - 2025 Toys for Tots
Toys for Tots is receiving applications for toy requests during the 2025 holiday season. Families who would like to to request a toy may complete an online application.
