Personal Recovery Plan
The recovery process needs a plan action, called a personal recovery plan (PRP). This plan helps residents outline their needs, the status of their recovery, and a set of goals they believe will complete their recovery process. Every recovery looks different and along the way residents may encounter setbacks, obstacles, and delays in their recovery; the Washington County Long Term Recovery Group supports residents by helping them overcome those hurdles.
